Thanks for visiting my page! I am a chef and have always had a passion for food. Since I was little, I always knew I wanted to go to culinary school and do something extraordinary in the food world. I work in the food industry and spend my week as a menu specialist for a startup. This blog is my place to cook for fun, eat delicious things, and have a glass of wine or 2 while doing it! Cooking as your profession is exciting, but letting loose in your own kitchen is more fun. Here you'll find tips/tricks, recipes, restaurant findings and everything else in between. Don't take cooking too seriously and welcome some flops...I do, it happens! Pull up a chair, fill your glass, and be adventurous... after all, food is supposed to be enjoyable.
