About Me

Thanks for visiting! I am a trained chef and have always had a passion for food. Since I was little, I always knew I wanted to go to culinary school and do something extraordinary in the food world. After several years of working as a research and development chef, I moved to the sales side of the industry and loved it. I'm currently at home taking care of our baby boy and managing the day-to-day tasks as "house manager". Although much more challenging than I anticipated, I don't take a day at home for granted. My style of cooking has simplified significantly due to the stage of life we're in, but it continues to be one of my greatest passions.
